Again, this time round HFIC will be visiting Anuga 2025 that is scheduled for 4 – 8 October in Cologne, Germany, where innovation meets enjoyment!
Anuga is one of the largest trade shows in Europe consisting ten trade shows under one mega event including Anuga Meat, Anuga Dairy, Anuga Chilled and Fresh Foods and Anuga Drinks to name a few.

Anuga is open for trade visitors only. The main events during this show include:
- 1st Anuga Halal Forum – 6th October 2025 (free of charge for Anuga visitors). Prior registration required here
- 2nd Frozen Food Conference – 7th October 2025
- Tomato News Conference – 5th October 2025
- Forum System Catering
From halal perspective, there is another show not to miss at Anuga. Anuga Halal Market, which focuses on the diversity of halal-certified products, is an established element of the trade fair.
Prayer Room
Prayer room can also be found at the conference center.
Food
Visitors may wish to explore the venue for different types of cuisines that they fancy, however, there are no dedicated halal places found in Anuga’s food service plan. Self service restaurants, cafes and snack bars are available on both levels 1 and 2.
UK Exhibitors
Many UK exhibitors are exhibiting at ANUGA 2025 across various sectors. You will find British Halal Meat pavilion in Hall 10.1 at stand F019 administered by Agriculture and Horticulture Development Board (AHDB) UK.
